Arteagas Cabinets is a retailer and installer. Not a manufacturer. Arteagas Cabinets sells and installs products sourced from a variety of trusted manufacturers. Product specifications and warranties are provided by the manufacturer

  1. Product Information: Manufacturers provide product specifications, colors, and materials that are subject to change.

  2. Pricing and Payment: Arteagas Cabinets accepts the following forms of payment: Cash, Checks (a $50 fee will be applied for returned or bounced checks), all major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover), Zelle, PayPal, and Klarna.

    • A 20% down payment is required for all standard projects and retail or installation sales.

    • For in-stock, ready-to-pick-up products (such as bathroom vanities with same-day pickup), full payment is required at the time of purchase.

    • For custom or made-to-order bathroom vanities, a 50% down payment is required. The remaining balance must be paid in full on the day of delivery or installation.

All down payments must be received before any project or order begins. The remaining balance is due upon project completion or at the time the product is delivered or picked up, depending on the nature of the sale.

Clients have a maximum of one (1) week from completion or delivery to provide full payment. No exceptions.

  3. Financing Options:

At Arteaga’s Cabinets, we aim to make your purchase process as smooth and flexible as possible. While we do not offer in-house financing, we do accept secure third-party financing methods through trusted platforms, including:

    • Klarna

    • PayPal Credit

These services allow you to split your payments into manageable installments, subject to approval by the financing provider.

    Please note:
Arteaga’s Cabinets is not a lender and does not provide any form of credit or financing directly.
All financing terms, approvals, and conditions are handled solely by the third-party provider (e.g., Klarna or PayPal).
By choosing a financing option, you agree to the terms and policies set forth by that provider.

  4. Refunds, Order changes, and cancellations: If any changes are made after an estimate has been accepted and a down payment is received, it will be added to the invoice. Fees are subject to being added to invoices if multiple changes are made that result in a project extension. If a client cancels a project after estimate acceptance, a down payment is received, and material has been ordered, Arteagas Cabinets will not refund the down payment. A client has 5 days until we order any material after an estimate is accepted and a down payment is received to cancel the project and receive their full down payment refund. A client may not cancel a project once Installation has begun. If, for any reason, a client chooses to stop the Installation, a labor invoice will be sent to the client. NO FULL REFUNDS WILL BE ISSUED AFTER PROJECT COMPLETION.

  5. Delivery and Installation: Cabinets will be delivered, installation will begin, and any scheduled pick-ups will occur based on the mutually agreed-upon timeline.

The client is responsible for ensuring that the installation site is ready at the scheduled time. This includes providing clear access to the property, ensuring all cabinets are emptied, and keeping the kitchen and surrounding work area free of clutter or obstacles.

For safety and efficiency, the client must allow Arteagas Cabinets reasonable access to the site during working hours. Clients are advised not to be present in the active work area during installation unless explicitly approved or requested by our team.

Clients may reschedule the installation start date up to two times. Further changes may result in additional fees or delays.

  6. Limitation of Liability: For the safety of all parties, clients are advised not to enter the active work area during installation unless expressly permitted by the Arteagas Cabinets team. While we take precautions to maintain a safe environment, Arteagas Cabinets is not liable for any injuries sustained by clients or unauthorized individuals who enter the work site during the project.

Additionally, Arteagas Cabinets is not responsible for manufacturer defects in the products we sell and install. All warranty or defect-related concerns must be directed to the product manufacturer in accordance with their policies.

  7. Defective products/Warranty: Arteagas Cabinets will always ensure that materials are received in reasonable condition before the installation process begins. Arteagas Cabinets does not manufacture the products we sell. While we take care to source quality materials from reputable suppliers, we do not provide any additional warranties beyond those offered by the original manufacturer. Except as otherwise stated in writing, we do not make any guarantees — either expressed or implied — about the performance, quality, or suitability of any product for a specific use. This includes any implied warranties of merchantability (general product quality) or fitness for a particular purpose. However, our clients are always welcome to inspect materials. If materials are defective, the client must notify the Arteagas Cabinets team before Installation. Arteagas Cabinets will return or exchange any materials that are damaged by our team during installation at no cost to the Client. Any defects in materials that are damaged by the customer will be replaced at the client’s expense. Please check with our team to verify any manufacturer warranty.
